Hawkeye- Life Rant

I PLAN TO WRITE DAILY. Or as often as I can. This is blog #5 on January 18th 2022! Whew, I’m tired. I’m currently listening to Smooth Winter Jazz – Relaxing Winter Mood Jazz Coffee Music for Good Mood. This is some feel good music!

I’M BACK HOME. I was at my parents for the last few days house sitting. It was supposed to be a relaxing time cause life here at our apartment is irritating and stressful: loud, inconsiderate neighbors that play booming bass music, yell at each other, pound on the walls, and just glare at us when we leave. I’m just tired of living here, but cest la vie. I am tired of people. On top of bills, losing family, getting sick, and just being worried about life in general. And that’s before leaving the apartment, stepping outside, and dealing with the rest of the world. People. Oi.

I’VE BEEN SKETCHING. I started designing some character-standing poses. The idea, at the moment, is to use these standing poses while I read and record each chapter of my book. So that the finished video kind of looks like a visual novel? It would also be cool to have a fully voiced cast of characters. But one step at a time, and all that.

I WANT A OONI KARU 16. It’s a small pizza oven, and it looks incredible! I want to make a pizza. And roast some steak! I want it. I need it! Well, I did until I looked at the price. This magnificent beauty costs $799! That’s a new game system, a new PC, or a crap ton of games! Heh, i guess you can see where my priorities are. But it would still be cool to own one!

I ENJOYED HAWKEYE. I finished it during Christmas 2021. I started watching a reaction video to Hawkeye by your internet mom ash, and so I decided to write a bit about the show. I liked it! Hailee Steinfeld did terrifically, and her banter with Clint was amusing. Yelena was so freaking quirky that I decided to give Black Widow a watch! Yelena was my favorite part of Hawkeye.

Even though the series wasn’t as epic in scale as WandaVision, Loki, or Falcon and the Winter Solider, it still had an entertaining story. It did feel more low-key than the other MCU shows, but it was enjoyable nonetheless. So far, my ranking for the MCU shows is 1) Loki 2) WandaVision 3) Hawkeye and last is Falcon and Winter Soldier.

MY BROTHER HAS COVID. They had Covid around August 2021, last year. And he and his wife got sick over this previous week, and my parents said it was Covid again. Oh man, I’m so done with this virus. They’re doing well, though, thank goodness. Thoughts, hugs, love, good vibes, and prayers to my brother, his wife, and their kids <3
