Finished Steven Universe Future- Daily Rant

WE FINISHED STEVEN UNIVERSE FUTURE. So, that’s it. Steven Universe is over and my heart has a massive hole in it that I have to fill with something else, now. The whole Steven Universe series was brilliant. It was so heartfelt and freaking wholesome. I’m sad it’s done.

I’m glad that I was able to share the show with my kids. It was my daughter’s idea to watch Steven Universe, and I will forever be grateful to her for getting me into the show. I didn’t want to and was never into Steven Universe, but I’m a fan now. Now and forever!

Although, I will say that I didn’t enjoy Steven Universe Future as much as the original 5 seasons. I guess because there wasn’t an overall threat, and it was more slice of life dealing with Steven’s crisis after dealing with the fight with Homeworld. Which was okay, but I wanted more adventure. But it was still a nice way to wrap up the series.
